Bouvet Island
Bouvet Island is probably the second island. It's owned by Norway and Navassa Island is disputed. Both the US and Haiti say it's theirs.
FOSSC is interested in trying to stake a claim to uninhabited dry land and I don't have any idea how that will play out legally. They aren't currently legally recognized as people and Bouvet Island is a nature preserve, so as "animals" they are part of "nature" and legally entitled to be there.
I'm tired thinking about the legal stuff ahead but as animals, they are breaking no law to do weirdo unexpected stuff and walk on dry land in a nature preserve set aside for the exclusive use of non humans.
